Helen Willford joins Edwards & Blake as General Manager of Operations

Helen will be responsible for the operational areas of the business and will have seven Area Managers reporting in to her. She will report to Adrian Cooke, Director of Sales and Operations.  

Helen is a highly experienced catering industry professional who has worked across a variety of sectors and picked up a number of awards and accolades along the way. She spent over four years in senior management in the education sector.  This was followed by several years managing a wide range of B&I sites including 40 outlets for a high profile leisure group.  She has also been Operations Manager of the Police and Fire Services and National Operations Manager for Her Majesty’s Prisons.
