David Wells has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate team. David is experienced in the full range of commercial real-estate matters, he has built a well-respected profile in both the local and national property sector. Throughout his career David has worked on the behalf of a range of clients, SME’s and businesses, including asset management for Berkley Square Estates and Bluewater Shopping Centre.
Bryan Guest and Peter Sullivan are joining David in the commercial Real Estate division as an Associate and Associate Executive respectively. Both Bryan and Peter bring with them a wealth of experience and specialist local knowledge of the expanding property markets and commercial opportunities developing in the region. Bryan specialises in the full complement of commercial Real Estate matters including: sales, acquisitions, developments, overage and option agreements and funding work. Amanda has joined the team as a solicitor working on a range of property work including development and landlord and tenant.
