Christian Firmin (pictured left) has joined the real estate team based in the Cambridge office and Suzanne Bingham (right) has joined the team in the Northampton office.
Christian acts for residential and commercial clients on a range of matters including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary, adverse possession and rights of way disputes.
Recently qualified as a solicitor, Christian previously worked in business development in the automotive sector and went on to gain a first-class honours degree in law and masters degree in business law and management through the Open University.
Christian, who is also developing his practice in agricultural tenancy disputes and disputes from the electronic communications code, said: “I’m thrilled to have joined Hewitsons’ Real Estate litigation team and really look forward to working with the firm’s clients on a wide range of projects. I aim to keep developing my practices and grow within the well-respected firm.”
Suzanne read law at the University of Northampton and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2017, Suzanne previously worked as a paralegal.
Suzanne’s current position in the firm includes advising clients on a range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes and disputes in relation to boundaries, adverse possession and rights of way. Suzanne advises both companies and individuals in relation to their property and land disputes.
