Job seekers at the recruitment evening on 26 November were able to talk to employer representatives from 18 exhibiting companies and to find out about hundreds of live vacancies.
The event was headlined by DisplayLink, whose Practice Manager Drew Pontikis and QA Test Engineer Samuel Lewis gave an insightful talk to start the evening on “Building communities of practice."

Workshops were also delivered by SANDPartners and Eloquential, covering topics such as:
- The jobs market and the importance of proactive career development
- Differentiating yourself when job seeking
- Personal impact
- How to take a strategic approach to your job search.
Lewis Turner from DisplayLink added a section on telephone interviewing and what to expect.
