The property, which Carter Jonas has occupied for over 30 years, is now home to three of the firm’s key divisions: Planning and Development (P&D), Commercial, and Rural, enabling the firm to establish an all-encompassing business hub.
Just over 50 employees will now work from 6-8 Hills Road. With so many experienced professionals operating under one roof, Carter Jonas is in a strong position to offer a very comprehensive service.
Tim Jones, who also heads up the firm’s Rural Division, leads the Cambridge team. He says: “This move strengthens our ability to operate as a single unit and we’re now in an even stronger position to be able to support and advise our clients. We have some of the best people in the region to help drive the business forward; all of whom have a detailed knowledge of their specialism which can be used for the benefit of our clients.”
The location of the office has marked geographical advantages, with it being positioned in the heart of a strong businesses community, and in close proximity to Cambridge train station and the CB1 development.
Carter Jonas is unrivalled in its knowledge and expertise of the Eastern region and the refurbishment of the office on Hills Road gives it a strong foundation from which to grow its business in Cambridge and across the region.
