The products are:
- Liquid Natural Fertiliser in 1L bottles
- Liquid Natural Lawn Food in 1L bottles
- Solid-form Soil Conditioning Natural Fertiliser in 10L buckets
The liquid products will be displayed in each of the stores on a two-shelf POS stand, with the buckets close by.
PlantGrow was launched at GLEE in September 2016 and created immediate interest. Available initially in independent garden centres, then taken up by Blue Diamond garden centres, this latest venture with Homebase ensures PlantGrow products are accessible nationwide, although not at present in Homebase London stores.
The level of interest is high because of the unusual properties of PlantGrow. Developed by Norfolk farmers Steve and Sarah Suggitt, it is a totally natural, pure fertiliser, a growing medium and a potent plant food that has produced extraordinary results.
Derived from condensed, natural plant tissue and chemical free, it is drawn from the rich residue of the agricultural anaerobic digestion, bio-fuel process. PlantGrow’s ingredients nourish and strengthen all garden vegetation from flowering plants, roses and shrubs, including hanging baskets and tubs, to vegetables and lawns. It is available in both liquid and solid forms. The liquid is a plant food to be used throughout the growing season, whilst PlantGrow in solid form acts as a soil conditioner.
