To celebrate the announcement, executive chef Leah Jenson and butler Joseph Featherstone from Poets House dropped into the Magpas Helimedix base to serve afternoon tea, including a selection of delicious cakes and sandwiches, to keep up the spirits of the Helimedix team in readiness for their next emergency dash.
The Helimedix team is always a highly trained doctor and paramedic who can work alongside the emergency services to deliver enhanced specialist A&E level treatment to patients at the scenes of serious road traffic accidents and other life-threatening medical emergencies.
For Leah and Joseph, it was a welcome opportunity to rehearse for the much-anticipated opening of Poets House. Afternoon tea will be available daily in The Study Bar or guests can enjoy more of Leah’s cooking with a gourmet meal in The Dining Room restaurant.
The House Collection is bringing two new venues to the region – Poets House in Ely and Paddocks House (formerly Swynford Paddocks) near Newmarket, which is due to open in the summer. Both will offer first-class food, elegant accommodation and butlers to cater for your every whim.
