Integrity NDT sees innovation at work at TWI

TWI recently welcomed John Stephenson from new TWI Industrial Member company Integrity NDT to its Cambridge laboratories. Integrity NDT is a Turkish NDT/ inspection company operating primarily across the petrochemical and energy sectors.

The visit allowed Integrity NDT to gain a greater appreciation of TWI’s recently launched Accelerated Innovation Programmes, which have a focus on innovation with the aim of developing and introducing sector-specific safety and quality or product process advances to help push business forward.

The company was able to identify collaborative project possibilities and gain an insight into the benefits of being an Industrial Member of TWI and part of the Innovation Network.

During the day, John Stephenson experienced a tour of TWI facilities including an introduction to the comprehensive on and offline library services covering materials joining and engineering. In addition, the tour gave insight into TWI’s training opportunities in welding and inspection technologies and included a dedicated discussion on making most of the professional membership of The Welding Institute, which is offered as part of the AIP for Industrial Members.

Not only did John’s visit provide Integrity NDT with a greater understanding of the opportunities offered by  TWI and The Welding Institute, but it has also opened the door to future collaborative research.
