Intellegens shares new industrial applications for its machine learning technology

Cambridge-based machine learning specialist Intellegens has published details of more collaborations with leading R&D organisations in materials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors.  These include projects with NASA, Lucideon, Johnson Matthey, and International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF).

Alchemite™ machine learning software applied to materials design.

The Alchemite™ software from Intellegens enables clients to accelerate innovation for materials, chemicals, manufacturing, and beyond.  Recent collaborations have included:

  • Work with NASA Glenn Research Center to validate Alchemite™ for alloy and component design, as discussed in a recent Intellegens webinar.

  • Materials technology experts Lucideon also presented at a webinar, discussing their application of machine learning to materials and process design.

  • Intellegens scientists teamed up with colleagues at Johnson Matthey to publish a study into the use of machine learning for automotive catalyst design in the Johnson Matthey Technology Review.

  • Another published paper, in collaboration with small molecule design software partner Optibrium and International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), covers machine learning to predict the sensory properties of chemical compounds.
