John has been working with the DWP and the MOD to plan and lead large scale business change programmes.
In the first, he acted as a portfolio manager, leading all the non-IT projects business change projects on a major outsourced healthcare assessment programme.
In the second, he is leading the benefits definition and management for a very large ICT change programme, which is being recovered and accelerated by a business consultancy team.
