Isotera Limited, the Cambridgeshire based innovative power solution for LED lighting company, is pleased to announce that it has closed its fundraising round, for in aggregate, approximately £2,505,253 (before expenses) including a £0.5million investment by the Government-backed Angel CoFund, with a number of private & institutional investors also investing.
Isotera intends to use the net proceeds raised to fund increasing working capital requirements associated with expansion of the business.
