Ixer says: "We helped The Cogwheel Trust, a psychological counselling charity in Cambridge. We got them free Microsoft 365 accounts, which they were paying for before we took over their account. This brought the entire office up to date so they could better deal with their document processing.
"We also helped them get their mobile devices and remote access integrated into their overall IT solution – all under budget. We also assist their consultants with their IT so they can work more effectively when at the Cogwheel office. As an additional service, Ixer has given them an additional 10% discount on labour charges – allowing more of their IT budget to go to new computers and other necessary hard/software. This will allow them to get on and do the great work in the community and not worry about IT issues. And that is an all round good feeling.
