The Move The big news:  Ixer is moving to new office space at Copley Hill in Cambridge. The move will give us more space as well as super-fast broadband so we can connect to your network faster for support issues. We will be moving in November. Our new address is below - all our other details remain unchanged. Please update your records; you may need to use snail mail!

Support Helpdesk
Ixer has upgraded its support with the Helpdesk,  where customers can log new tickets or view open ones. You can also start a ticket by emailing [email protected]. This is the best way to ensure your issues are directed to the appropriate technician.

Of course you may always call us on 012184 510 010 if the support query is urgent. Try it out!
