Jess said, "It was so much harder than I thought it would be, and I couldn't have got through it without the support of my wonderful dad who ran it with me, my family who came to support me, and the Business Cloud Integration team who sponsored me and cheered me on at the finish line!
"At the 10 mile point my family ran up to me and shouted that donations had reached £500, (well above my initial £250 target) and that spurred me on for the final - and gruelling! - few miles. I'm so proud to have raised so much money for such a worthwhile cause.
"We chose East Anglia's Children's Hospices because they are such a wonderful charity."
EACH provides support for families, children and young people living with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement. They do this through a range of services delivered where the family wish – in their own home, at hospital, in the community or at one of their three hospices in Milton, Ipswich and Quidenham.
