The leading leisure airline and package holiday company is building on the successful launch of its Summer 2017 programme, by announcing that over 450,000 seats are now on sale from London Stansted Airport to a choice of 13 winter warmers and super ski destinations across the Mediterranean and Europe.
The programme means Jet2holidays is offering its first ever winter range from London Stansted, and with everything wrapped up in one package, holidaymakers have access to great value package breaks across thousands of 2-5 star hotels, with Jet2.com flights, industry leading 22kg baggage allowance and airport transfers included, through a £60 per person deposit. Offering full ATOL protection, Jet2holidays also includes free infant places on all holidays as well as 0% credit card fees.
Next winter will see Jet2.com and Jet2holidays operate their first ever winter sun programme from London Stansted, with over 380,000 seats to winter sun destinations. This includes a huge number of seats to the Canary Islands, with up to 18 weekly flights and more than 170,000seats in total. As well as a massive number of seats to Alicante and Malaga (six weekly flights), the programme also sees a regular programme of flights to popular winter sun destinations such as Majorca (five weekly flights) and Faro (five weekly flights). Twice weekly flights to Madeira means that as well as being the only airline to fly there from London Stansted, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will serve the destination all-year round.
The programme is not just limited to winter sun destinations, as over 52,000 ski seats will be on the company’s Winter 17/18 programme from London Stansted Airport including brand new Geneva (five flights per week) and Salzburg (three flights per week), giving customers great choice and frequency.
This is the latest in a number of growth announcements from Jet2.com and Jet2.holidays this year. The company has launched two new bases at Birmingham and London Stansted Airports, along with the purchase of 30 new Boeing 737-800 airplanes and the creation of around 1,000 new jobs, including 240 at London Stansted. In addition to today’s announcement, the company launched its biggest ever Summer programme for 2017 earlier this year and the accolades have been pouring in, with Jet2.com been voted the ‘UK’s Top Airline’ and ‘Most Loved Airline’ by users of TripAdvisor and Skytrax respectively.
