What is the The CEO Growth Challenge?
Cambridge Judge Business School, in partnership with Santander, launched the CEO Growth Challenge, an innovative programme which aims to dramatically enhance the performance and competitiveness of 16 high potential companies in the East of England.
Application Process
Cambridge Judge Business School and Santander are keen to work with 16 ambitious teams, each committed to achieving extraordinary results.
Three 'Growth Challenge' workshops will be offered free of charge in London and Cambridge.
Fifty firms will be invited to a one-day seminar, free of charge, at Cambridge Judge Business School on 19 June 2015.
Sixteen leadership teams will be selected to join the Growth Challenge programme which will begin in the summer of 2015. There is a subsidised fee of £2,500 per company.
Ideal criteria
- SMEs with annual sales of £1 million up to £50 million
- Strong growth in a combination of sales, profit and/or employee numbers
- Demonstrable track record of sustainable underlying operating profitability
- Cash generative businesses
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, talented and broad management team - committed and incentivised
