KDP  writes:

The gas analysis equipment supplier required our encapsulation services as they had a set of unique project requirements where no flash points from the switch to the surrounding environment could be permitted.

KDP embarked on this project by liaising closely with the client and evaluating the task to ensure the correct material for the encapsulation was selected.

By ensuring we understood the full scope of the project we were able to specify the material to be used to offer the total protection. This ensured elimination of any effects of the voltage flashover to the environment surrounding the unit where this PPE device would operate.

KDP’s quick response and years of experience in encapsulation ensured that our client’s requirements were met to an exceedingly high standard. Our services enabled the alarm switch to operate safely within a hazardous environment.
