KEEP+ grants available to SMEs developing new products and services

If you are an SME developing a new product or service aimed at the B2B market, you could be eligible for a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) grant via the KEEP+ programme.

KEEP+ is a £9.3m European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) supported programme providing 50% match funding to businesses developing innovative new products and services.

Grants are available for academic collaboration (knowledge exchange), internships, 3rd party consultancy services and specialist kit purchase. Eligible businesses can access 50% match funding to finance a wide range of activites to assist with the development and commercialisation of a new product or service.

If you are missing some vital expertise or need to by a specialist iece of equipment to propel your project to market, you may be able to access match funding up to £25k total purchase value to contribute towards costs (ex VAT).

For shorter activities funding is available for a talented intern to work in your business for 12 weeks with a maximum grant of £2828.

KEEP+ is led by Anglia Ruskin University and supported by a delivery partnership of University of Suffolk, University of Hertfordshire, University of Essex, University of Greenwich and University of Brighton.
