World leading debug tool company Lauterbach has agreed to once again be a lead sponsor of the UK Device Developers' Conference, an event for engineers and software developers working in the development of intelligent systems and devices. The next Device Developers' Conference will take place near Cambridge on  26th and 27th April and will be co-located with H/WExpo, a conference for hardware developers.

"We are very pleased to maintain our association with this important UK industry event," said Barry Lock, UK Manager at Lauterbach. "The Device Developers' Conference has become an important and productive forum for us, where we can explain our latest debug technologies, discuss industry trends and meet with fellow engineers and programmers."

Lauterbach debug tools have become a favourite with many hi-tech engineers, and the company is recognised for both engineering excellence and exceptional technical support. Lauterbach tools support all the major families of microprocessor cores, covering products from 75 silicon companies. The quality and capability of Lauterbach tools enable engineering teams to develop robust code whilst minimising development time lost to debugging.

The UK Device Developers' Conference is an annual event that enables engineers, programmers and scientists to learn about the latest tools and technologies for the development of intelligent systems and devices. The Conference includes a vendor exhibition, a series of informative technical presentations and a series of half-day workshops.

"We are very pleased to be retaining Lauterbach's support for this event," said Richard Blackburn, Conference Organiser. "They not only bring a great deal of expertise to the event, but it is also good for us to have such a respected brand associated with the Conference."

Once again, the Conference will be co-located with H/WExpo, a conference space and presentation series that will focus on hardware development, instrumentation and testing.  http://www.hw-expo.co.uk

Lauterbach will be presenting a key workshop at DDC2017, Software Debugging For Automotive Developers.

“With the advent of technologies such as radar guided steering, collision avoidance, self-parking and automatic braking, ensuring software integrity within vehicle systems is both a matter of safety and of commercial survival,” said Barry Lock. “We have been working with major automotive developers worldwide over many years, and I think we understand better than most, the demands on vehicle electronics developers and the challenges they face. We will be sharing our knowledge and experience in this field during a half-day workshop.”
