Managing Change writes:

If you're a lawyer, at whatever stage in your career, we'd love to hear about your experiences and expectations. If you're responsible for HR in a law firm you might want to introduce the study in your firm (we can also provide you with a firm-only analysis of the results).

Our 2016 study of UK lawyers assesses the career needs, aspirations and expectations of lawyers at different stages in their careers. By taking part in our research your responses will form a valuable contribution to understanding how firms might enhance their approach to job structures, development, career satisfaction, well-being and retention efforts for their lawyers. The study is brief, will take no more than ten minutes of your time and will probably get you thinking more about your career. All responses are confidential and we will not be collecting your contact information. Click here to start.

We'll be publishing our research in the new year. If you'd like to receive a copy of the report or to discuss the study further, please email Annabel on [email protected]
