Our 2016 study of UK lawyers assesses the career needs, aspirations and expectations of lawyers at different stages in their careers. By taking part in our research your responses will form a valuable contribution to understanding how firms might enhance their approach to job structures, development, career satisfaction, well-being and retention efforts for their lawyers.
