Leadership development firm expands into Cambridgeshire

Leadership development experts The Oakridge Centre expand from North West of England to Cambridge to meet growing demand for bespoke, engaing and interactive leadership development programmes.

Recognised across the North West of England for their unique leadership and management development programmes, The Oakridge Centre has recently expanded its training, facilitation and performance coaching services to clients across the Cambridgeshire region.

Simone Robinson has been appointed as Regional Director for The Oakridge Centre in the East of England.

“We are delighted that Simone can represent The Oakridge Centre in Cambridge and beyond,” says Brigit Egan, Managing Director, The Oakridge Centre. “Simone, formerly Regional Director for the Institute of Directors (IoD), appreciates the positive impact of leadership and management development programmes which are at the forefront of leaders and managers minds as we enter a new year and hopefully a post-Covid business environment”.

For the past 23 years The Oakridge Centre has been providing leadership and management development support to managers and directors from companies such as AstraZeneca, Bentley, Essar Oil, JCB and United Utilities. Various government departments and NHS organisations have also benefited from Oakridge training and coaching programmes.
