Learn filming, editing, presenting skills through Saturday sessions and a one term course

If you'd like to learn new skills in factual TV production - such as filming, lighting, sound, editing, presenting and behind the scenes work - Cambridge TV Training can help.

Saturday course

The popular Saturday sessions course restarts on 28 September. Each week for eight Saturdays you will learn something new, with practical training in the morning followed by real life filming in the afternoon to put the skills into action.

The course is suitable for beginners but if you've already got some knowledge, this will build on your skills.

Saturday sessions run for eight weeks. There's no tuition during half term on 19 October. The course ends on 23 November.

A one day taster session is also available on the first Saturday when the topic is camera training.

One term course

If you're looking for a career change and want to get into filming or TV production as a career, the one term 10 week course will give you the practical experience and skills needed.

The one term course starts on 23 September and runs until 6 December - there is no tuition during half term which is the week of 21 November.

It is structured to allow participants to also hold down other commitments such as part time jobs.

Tutors have worked with national major broadcasters so they teach current industry standards.

Second and third terms are also available to enrol on to take your skills to the next level.
