The aim of this international congress is to gather all stakeholders in the field of antioxidants and examine the impact of antioxidants on nutrition and health. The majority of participants will come from Europe, Asia and the Middle East to discuss some strategic axes during the conference.
This congress will be divided into three parts, dedicated to different targets:
- Day 1: Antioxidants & Oxidative Stress in health and medicine
- Day 2: Antioxidants & functional ingredients used in the food & beverage industry
- Day 3: Dietary Supplements in the Middle East
