The Croft Management Centre provides a range of management training programmes that can lead to a qualification at level 3, 5 or 7. It is accredited by CMI, ILM and BTEC collectively and is required to have qualified and experienced assessors to mark work-based assignments.
This particular role suits either retired, semi retired or working experienced and qualified managers from all industries. Basically, assessors need to be qualified to degree level and have 5+ years' experience in a management position relative to the profession.
