Marshall Centre launches to mark 100 years of apprenticeships

Today is the launch of Marshall Centre, marking the centenary of its prestigious apprenticeship programme. It is a new centre for learning, development and career opportunities that will carry on the firm's well-established apprenticeship scheme for another century and beyond.

With 100 years of continuous apprentice intake across its businesses, Marshall has seen some 20,000 young people go on to excel in their careers.

Marshall Apprenticeships offer an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and training on the job while earning a wage. An Apprenticeship with Marshall equips participants with a wide range of skills, a nationally recognised qualification and essential work experience. It will also provide a work-based learning programme for those looking for a credible alternative to university and full-time study.

The Marshall team says: "We've been continually upskilling workforces for over 100 years, in which time we've created a pool of expert and dedicated tutors in the fields of project and risk management, continuous improvement and engineering.

"With higher than average pass rates for our courses and extensive industry knowledge, we are able to predict future trends and create courses that ensure you stay ahead of the curve.

"We can't wait to inspire many more people and give them the opportunity to reach their full potential."
