Meet the Estonian Trade Minister and explore opportunities in software and smart cities

Local businesses are cordially invited to an afternoon with representatives from Estonian industry, universities and policy makers on Wednesday 5 November at St John's Innovation Centre...

Market leaders will introduce you to the dynamic and innovative market conditions that operate in Estonia and looking to develop closer ties with technology hubs of the UK.

This is the British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce's fifth annual mission and will be headed by Estonian Minister of Foreign Trade and Entrepreneurship, Anne Sulling and supported in attendance by Christopher Holtby, British Embassy to Estonia.

Estonia is the birthplace of Skype, TransferWise and GrabCAD (a company with offices in Cambridge which was recently acquired for $100m), along with many other globally successful brands.

The country is known for its liberal and open business climate. Having a very ‘flat’ structure means it will be easier to present your case for a test site or project and get feedback very quickly.
