Mobas switches on for the spectacular e-Luminate Cambridge Festival 2015

Mobas, the award-winning integrated agency, has announced its continued sponsorship of e-Luminate Cambridge Festival 2015.

Co-founded by Hugh Parnell and Alessandra Caggiano, the third annual Light Festival is a volunteer-led initiative that is set to take place in Cambridge from 11 to 15 February 2015.

As part of its sponsorship package, Mobas will be supporting the venture with PR activity that will encourage visitors and residents to “Discover the City in a new Lightˮ.

The sponsorship follows a successful PR campaign in 2014, which saw 120,000 people enjoying the free Light installations and more than 1,000 attending concerts, lectures and workshops.

Rob Bryant, Managing Director of Mobas, said: “The Mobas team fully supports the imaginative use of lighting in art and technology and the work of the e-Luminate Cambridge Festival. It’s impressive and encouraging to see artists using light to completely transform familiar areas around the City into dramatic works of art.”

Festival Director and Curator, Alessandra Caggiano, said: “As the Festival grows and attracts more talented Artists and Technology partners, the support provided by the team at Mobas is key to its success; we are really excited to be working with them again.”

On top of a series of Light installations, performances and concerts, the e-Luminate Cambridge Festival will also be holding a day of educational workshops dedicated to Light, Art and Science, suitable for all the family on Saturday 14th February at the Guildhall.  In the meantime, do not miss the opportunity to be part of the Festival’s photography exhibition, enter the  e-Luminate competition for free.
