A supervised prenatal Physical Activity can be started after the 3rd month and after a medical check-up.

Practising supervised and personalized Physical Activity during the prenatal period is important to:

  • take time for themselves improving the body knowledge
  • maintain body and mental wellbeing
  • avoid losing muscles mass
  • maintain/ improve mobility which is really important for the birth control body weight
  • improving the posture working on the back’s muscles and reducing back pain
  • improving sleep quality

Using elastic bands, light weights, body weight and working on the breathe, you will be well prepared and relaxed for The Day.

It’s important to be followed by a personal trainer, discussing together at the beginning of each session how you feel and how was the previous session; then, based on that, every workout will be personalized.
