National Careers Week is a celebration of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance. The purpose is to promote and share good quality careers resources amongst career professionals, job seekers, parents and students. Thousands of schools and colleges have registered their support at www.nationalcareersweek.com and hundreds of career fairs, events, lessons and activities have been organised to take place across the UK.
The Institute of Career Guidance, the UK's largest professional body of career professionals and Prospects are presenting this year's National Career Guidance Show at Wembley Stadium during the week and Careersbox, the national career film library, have set up an online community and daily newsletter to engage with career professionals in over 4,000 schools and colleges.
