Poets House in Ely, which has already been named in The Times Top 20 Cool New Hotels for 2013, opens for business on 22 April. Paddocks House, the second in the group, opens in mid June. Both hotels will offer day and overnight delegate packages that can be tailored to suit a wide variety of occasions, from an intimate private meeting or team away day to a product launch or staff celebration for over 150 guests.
Although each hotel has its own very distinctive character, both will offer first-class hospitality, flexible arrangements and superb food. A choice of beverages and dining menus has been specifically created for corporate events to reflect The House Collection's 'foodie' concept. Full business support will be available, including parking, access to audio visual equipment, reliable mobile coverage and complementary wifi throughout.
Poets House has two delightful courtyard gardens for intimate garden gatherings and Paddocks House is set in five acres with extensive lawns that are suitable for anything from team building to large garden parties.
Natalie Richardson has joined The House Collection as Sales and Events Manager. She will ensure that everything is in place for your event - including the services of a butler to take care of requirements on the day. Natalie will also take charge of weddings and private celebrations.
Day delegate packages are available from £65 (inc VAT) and 24 hour packages from £240 (inc VAT). Poets House has 21 bedrooms and can cater for up to 100 for a sit down dinner or 150 people for a reception. Paddocks House has 15 bedrooms and can accommdate up to 150 for a sit down dinner and 200 for a reception. Both hotels offer private dining and smaller boardroom facilities.
