What's new in 3.5?
The new and improved Imagen 3.5 is packed full of great new features, updated and enhanced facilities encapsulated in a user-friendly, intuitive interface. Below is just a taste of the recent developments for version 3.5.
- New user permission allows users to place clip orders on behalf of another user. So if you, as a privileged user, have access to higher quality workflows, you can gift/fulfil a request for the another user. Both you and the other user can watch the job progress in “your orders” under your account.
- XML import can initialise the ACLs of the records being imported. This makes bulk import with complex permissions much simpler.
- User can now edit the start and end time of a clip after it's been added to a collection. Once changed, the collection containing the clip is also updated.
- It’s now very simple to set the site logo or indeed any theme image that is configurable. This includes great new background image functionality.
- The interface in the ImagenWeb control panel for adding these resource images is also much improved.
- Better WYSIWYG editor for custom pages and suitable theme templates.
- ImagenWeb now supports ingesting .zip and .rtf files as document media types and .dcm as an image format.
- You can filter your search results to show only records that where created by you, or if you are a member of an organisation, filter to show only record created by someone from your organisation.
