New gender pay gap reporting obligations on employers

From 2018 the government will be introducing compulsory reporting for private and voluntary sector employers in the UK employing 250 or more employees. Employers will have to publish their findings on their gender pay gap and bonus gap details on their UK website and upload the information to the relevant government sponsored website. This report will need to be produced annually.
