Whilst nearly two thirds of respondents stated that they would be willing to pay a contribution towards the cost of training the workshops and webinars are being provided for free.
Nearly 70% of businesses indicated that they would be interested in accessing free business support. This is a unique feature of the programme that all workshop attendees will receive from experienced business advisers. This advice will help attendees implement what they have gained from the workshops into developing their business.
The previous workshop programmes were extremely successful and supported a range of local businesses and start-ups. Attendees described the workshops as “a valuable opportunity for any potential businesses” and a “fantastic opportunity to learn”, with “really good quality venues and speakers”.
The webinars and workshops will be delivered by Exemplas – a leading business employment, skills and support solutions provider – on behalf of South Cambridgeshire District Council.
