NPZ Technology and Cambridge Collaborative Ventures (CCV) are pleased to announce that they will host a dedicated stand at the 2026 "Nihao! China" Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival, bringing two community-focused services — CMLink (China Mobile UK) and MEDii Health — to one of Cambridge's most vibrant summer events.
Taking place on Saturday, 20 June from 10am to 5pm at Jesus Green and the River Cam, the festival is a celebration of culture, teamwork and community, as well as a dragon boat racing experience. Hosted by the Cambridge Chinese Community Centre, the event invites visitors to immerse themselves in 2,000 years of Chinese tradition while experiencing Cambridge's multicultural spirit. Visitors can cheer on 14 teams competing throughout the day, including the Oxford v Cambridge showdown and several community and corporate challenges, alongside a wide variety of food, entertainment and activities.
At the NPZ-CCV stand, visitors will be able to learn about two services designed to support everyday life in the UK:
- CMLink (China Mobile UK) provides reliable, wide-coverage UK SIM and data plans tailored for overseas Chinese residents, students, and business visitors, with monthly packages covering the UK, mainland China, Hong Kong, the EU and selected regions.
- MEDii Health is a bilingual (English and Chinese) one-stop private clinic in central London, holding a UK medical licence and a team of around 40 UK-based doctors. It offers walk-in urgent care, on-site diagnostics, specialist treatment and health checks — a fast, accessible alternative for those facing NHS waiting times.
Connectivity and healthcare are two of the most essential foundations of life abroad, and NPZ-CCV is bringing both directly to the community at this year's festival.
The event is free to attend and open to all — a perfect summer day out for families, students, professionals and local residents alike. Whether you are coming to cheer on the boats, enjoy the food market, or simply spend a sunny day by the river, you are warmly invited to visit the NPZ-CCV stand and say hello.
