NSIRC and Aston University offer an opportunity to upskill your staff for leadership and management roles

The National Structural Integrity Research Centre (NSIRC) near Cambridge has partnered with Aston University to provide an opportunity to upskill your workforce and create new leaders for your organisation through an MSc in Engineering Leadership and Management.

The course can be funded via your apprenticeship levy contributions, meaning there are no tuition fees to be paid.

The part-time course has been designed specifically for the engineering sector and places an emphasis on the ‘how’ of leadership, with project-oriented learning and assessments through assignments that relate to your business’ needs.

The course starts in January 2020 and is open for applications now.

NSIRC has a proven track record of providing postgraduate students with the skills needed by industry, with more than 200 MSc and PhD students benefitting in the last five years.

Aston University has a long history of forging partnerships with business and industry and deliver practical degree apprenticeships developed with industry and approved by professional bodies.
