Syndicate Room recently extended its service by creating the first guide to equity crowdfunding. The early stage investors academy is a subsection of the Syndicate Room website and provides information, tips and opinion from experts on every stage of the process from first steps to exit.
Project overview
Syndicate Room appointed Onespacemedia to help plan and design the guide for integration into its platform. Its team worked closely with the Syndicate Room team providing information architecture, wire-framing and user interface design to ensure the experience was on-brand, market appropriate and intuitive.
An intuitive collection of tools and content
The investors academy includes a range of features including videos, articles and guides on due diligence, legals and platforms as well as additional tools and resources such as angel insights, a glossary of terms and an investor’s tool box. The host of content and utilities is complemented by community tools including sharing, commenting and being able to recommend or promote content. Onespacemedia’s web design team put the whole package together in an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
Extending the brand experience
To present a more playful side to the brand Syndicate Room commissioned illustrations and animations that help to demystify equity crowdfunding concepts and provide a more welcoming experience to those learning about crowdfunding for the first time. Onespacemedia worked within Syndicate Room’s existing brand and site guidelines to seamlessly integrate a new visual style into the design.
