New alliance sees Featurespace provide OpenBet with ARIC engine in major boost to customer understanding
OpenBet, the world’s leading software provider to the sports betting industry, has agreed a partnership with Featurespace, the gaming sector’s number one analytics company, which gives OpenBet customers access to Featurespace’s market-leading ARIC engine.
The collaboration will see the ARIC engine implemented into OpenBet’s Activity Feeds, enabling OpenBet customers to have real-time access to player data.
Featurespace’s real-time, machine learning ARIC engine detects anomalies in behaviour for fraud, risk and compliance management.
Featurespace was created out of Cambridge University’s Engineering Department, co-founded by world-renowned experts in applied statistics, Professor Bill Fitzgerald and Dave Excell.
The agreement further underlines OpenBet’s commitment to innovation and follows the provider’s record-breaking Grand National and Cheltenham Festival performances.
