Method, based on the Childerley Estate just outside of Cambridge, is launching a two-week intensive, hands on internship programme for three talented students or graduates.
Supporting Cambridge’s talent pool, Method has built an intern programme that encourages more than coffee making duties for the interns. They will work on a live brief and be asked to develop a campaign, which they will present in a real life pitch.
The programme will take place between 16 – 26 August and will help shape each individuals’ skills in multiple creative disciplines including design, PR, marketing, events and social.
Kirsten Corrigan, brand and strategy director at Method, said: “In industry, experience is key and the market requires graduates to have developed some skills to bolster their degree. This programme will give them the opportunity to learn from some of the most creative people in Cambridge and put this learning into practice.
“We’ve designed a programme that will be hands on and hard work, but extremely rewarding. We’re looking forward to welcoming the successful applicants to the Method family.”
Jess McCulloch, a Method intern, said: “I worked with Method in 2013 as a digital editorial content administrator and immediately felt part of the energetic environment and hard working, friendly team. I returned in 2015 where I honed my writing skills, social media communications and quickly grew my understanding of the marketing industry. I’m currently studying for a masters in the Netherlands but continue to work for Method, providing online content.”
