'Our Dynamic Sun' by Dr Helen Mason - lecture at Schlumberger Gould Research

Solar physicist Dr Helen Mason is the honoured guest at the next lecture in the Applied Physics Seminar Series (APSS) run by the Insitute of Physics Cambridge Branch. On Wednesday 18 March, the BBC presenter will be talking about the Physics of the Sun.

 

Recent high resolution imaging of the sun has revealed some unpredicted effects. Join the IOP Cambridge Branch on Wednesday, 18 March 2015 from 19:00 to 20:30 (GMT) to hear about the most recent sun activity from one of the brightest solar scientists in the world.
