James Burrett who began his career with PEM in 2005, has been appointed as partner in the Audit & Accounts team. James specialises in compliance and advisory services, looking after a wide range of clients including owner managed businesses, professional firms, and not-for-profit organisations, including Cambridge Colleges.
Daren Peacock joined PEM in 2014 and specialises in private client tax advice with a particular emphasis on inheritance tax mitigation, property taxation, farming and family trusts. His clients include entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and landlords.
Kate Merry has been appointed as the partner of the Recovery and Insolvency team. Kate has more than 20 years' insolvency experience and has worked on many cases including solvent and insolvent liquidations, voluntary arrangements, administrations and bankruptcies.
Matthew Eady, who joined PEM in 2006, has been appointed as partner in the Employment Tax team. Matthew advises on all areas of employment tax with a focus on employee share incentives. He has over 18 years’ experience working with clients to design and implement employee share incentive strategies to attract, retain and motivate employees.
