Angus and Tom's promotions are a reflection of the strength and depth of talent we continue to build at PEM.

Cambridge is home to one of the most innovative and entrepreneurial business communities in the UK. For decades, we've had the privilege of supporting businesses at every stage of their journey, from ambitious start-ups and scaling companies through to established, internationally recognised organisations requiring sophisticated audit, tax and advisory support.

Both Angus and Tom have played an important role in that success. They have developed trusted relationships not only with clients, but across the wider professional services and business community in Cambridge. Their connections, collaborative approach and deep understanding of the local market help create opportunities and deliver value for the businesses we work with.

Just as importantly, they are outstanding leaders within our firm. They are passionate about developing our people, supporting our clients and contributing to the long-term success of the Cambridge ecosystem. I look forward to seeing the impact they will continue to make as Partners.

Being promoted to Partner is both a proud milestone and a significant responsibility. Personally, it reflects the culmination of years of hard work and the support of colleagues, friends and family.

Our Business Tax team is on a strong growth trajectory and I am excited about the opportunity to broaden our offering, particularly in the area of intellectual property advice, while continuing to support innovative businesses across the Cambridge ecosystem.

Being promoted to Partner is a significant milestone both personally and professionally. Having joined PEM as a graduate and spent more than a decade developing my career within the firm, it represents the culmination of years of hard work, learning and support from colleagues, mentors and clients.

I am excited by the opportunity to support the continued growth of the Audit team and the wider firm, strengthen client relationships and help develop the next generation of talent. PEM has invested significantly in my development throughout my career, and I look forward to giving back through mentoring and supporting future leaders.

As PEM continues to grow and these appointments reflect the firm's commitment to investing in talented leaders. As Partners, Angus and Tom will play an important role in supporting clients, developing colleagues and helping shape the future direction of the firm.
