Perpetual eMotion at Roar

The best time in the world can be found at The Cambridge Roar 2015. That great time can be boosted with the classiest timepiece in the world. The Rolex Oyster is seen the world over as the definitive luxury watch - and you could win one at the Roar.

In an act of huge support for Roar, Cambridge Mappin & Webb have donated a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 36MM as the main Roar raffle prize. The Steel case, white gold fluted bezel on steel oyster bracelet, with black baton dial is worth £5,250 and you could win it by simply purchasing a ticket during the Roar festival.

Tickets are available for only £20 each with all proceeds going to Roar 2015 supported charities, The Prince’s Trust and the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. With your raffle ticket you also get a chance to purchase tickets to the Grand Finale Hollywood Ball on the 11th July, where the raffle will be drawn, for only £45. If the lucky ticket holder isn’t in the marquee for the Ball a phone call to the winner will be made during the dinner (Oscar’s style) to let them know!

Tickets for the Rolex raffle can be bought online at www.thecambridgeroar.co.uk or at any event during Roar. Don’t miss this opportunity to win this definitive luxury statement, then Roar with pride!

The Cambridge Roar is now in its second year; this year bigger and better with 18 events over 23 days – something for every member of the family. The Roar runs from Friday June 19th for 3 weeks, culminating with a Gala Ball and Grand Wedding Fair.

Last year the Roar website had over 10,000 visits per month from those interested in having a Roaring good time and the marquee and hotel were hosts to more than 800 guests over the festival period. The Roar Board was able to give £5,000 to the Prince’s Trust as a result, but this year we want to give more to both our chosen charities.

Aided by a variety of generous local sponsors (see below) The Cambridge Roar 2015 is supporting two charities this year – The Prince’s Trust, the UK’s leading youth charity and also the Cambridge based Arthur Rank Hospice. The hospice is dedicated to providing specialist palliative care and support to adult patients, their family, friends and carers, relieving sickness and suffering of people with life limiting conditions in Cambridgeshire and surrounding area.

Local businesses Roaring with us this year include: Main Sponsors
