Peter Marsh joins the Croft Management Centre (CMC) team

Peter Marsh, formally Head of Organisational Development at Napp Pharmaceuticals Holdings, has joined the CMC team as an associate trainer and consultant.

Croft Management Centre has a network of highly qualified, experienced and professional associate trainers and consultants.  Peter Collins of CMC says: "We pride ourselves on selecting people who have real practical experience in managing and leading in their chosen field and have qualified at the highest levels.

"Peter’s career has grown through his experience at Napp  and with  Bard and Mundipharma Pharmaceuticals based in Cambridge. Although Peter has a very wide experience of designing and delivering leadership and management programmes, his strength lies in putting theory into practice. He has led corporate Organisational Development and L&D teams and has operated at board level in influencing the people strategy of the organisation. Pete has worked with boards on their own development, the creation and leadership of Organisational Development strategies and in facilitating an innovative organisation-wide strategic planning process. This process involved gaining contribution and engagement of the whole organisation (850 people) in the Napp strategic planning process .
