CIPR member Charlotte Pettitt has joined brand communications specialists Method to head up PR operations for the Cottenham based business. The 31 year old joins the company from leading Midlands agency Haslimann Taylor PR, where she won two Gold CIPR awards for Papa John's Pizza's Royal Wedding campaign.
Kirsten Corrigan, Method's brand and strategy director, said: “I'm excited to be able to build on our success in 2012 by appointing a professional of Charlotte's calibre to lead and grow the public relations arm of our business. She has a wealth of experience with big national clients that is already proving invaluable to our team, which now consists of ten ambitious and innovative staff.”
As well as working with Papa John's Pizza UK, Charlotte's previous clients include Arriva Buses UK and a number of brands owned by leading pub operator Mitchells & Butlers. Prior to entering the world of public relations, Charlotte worked for four years as a Broadcast Journalist for Smooth Radio West Midlands.

The appointment follows a number of recent new client wins and a growing demand for integrated PR and marketing services.
