Professional skills workshop looks at business processes

A one day Professional Skills workshop on Thursday December 3rd provides an overview of the wide range of tools and techniques employed in managing business processes.

Free places are available subject to conditions for 'Process: bringing it all together' with Lead Facilitator Richard Ralston, taking place at The Incubator, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon.

Richard is a highly experienced Operations Director in large multinational and medium sized private companies working in high-tech sectors such as aerospace, defence, engineering, high volume manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. He now coaches business owners, directors and senior managers on how to grow their organisations.

This one day workshop provides an overview of the wide range of tools and techniques employed in managing business processes, but more importantly enables delegates to work out which processes are right for their organisation, when to use them and critically how to get the best from them.

The format will be interactive, combining high level overviews of best practices with real life case studies and includes opportunities for delegates to share the experiences and problems encountered achieving the goals of their organisations.

The workshop will benefit  new start-ups through to  larger mature organisations and will create an environment where practical experiences can be shared and reviewed to gain a deeper awareness of what works,  how to improve the effective use of best practices and unlock the potential within your organisation.
