Up to £1m funding available in SBRI fuels and lubricants competition

'Reducing the Cost of Fuels and Lubricants', an SBRI competition run by the Ministry of Defence (MOD), opens for registration today (Monday 8 June).

 

This MOD call seeks proposals for novel ideas to reduce the cost of ownership of military assets through innovative approaches to fuel and lubrication use.  Up to £1 million is available for Phase 1 of this two phase competition funded by the Ministry of Defence (MOD).

Two other competitions in this series of three MOD funded competitions are:

  • Non-destructive Evaluation (NDE)                           
  • Enhanced individual protective equipment

A total of up to £5m MOD funding is available for the three competitions.  

Competition Briefing event, 14 July 2015, London                                                                 

A KTN-hosted briefing event covering all three competitions will take place on 14th July. The event is an excellent opportunity for you to receive first hand information about the competitions - their scope, application processes, key dates etc. as well as meet and network with MOD personnel, peers, potential partners, market leaders & innovators in the industry.
