This is one of RiverRhee’s newer courses to complement their courses and modules on Effective Influencing and Communication, and on Dealing with Difficult Situations.  In an increasingly expanding and challenging environment, scientists and managers need to work together to achieve the most positive outcomes for their business.  Delegates on the RiverRhee Assertiveness course will learn how to communicate their thoughts effectively so that they can not only benefit their business but also obtain what they need for their own professional development.   Introduction to Management.  Tuesday 12th to Thursday 14th March.  A foundation course for newly appointed managers and more experienced ones wanting more formal training.  It equips line managers and project leaders with tools and techniques that will enable them to progress smoothly and effectively from a team member to a management role.  The three days are based around John Adair's 3-part framework of managing the individual, developing the team, and managing the task.   Introduction to Lean and Six Sigma.  Wednesday 27th March.  Explore how to gain up to 20% savings on internal processes, free up talent to innovate and grow the business, and (continue to) deliver what your customers value.
