The partnership will see ROAR Events Agency bring its full-service event management and production expertise to the Holiday Inn Cambridge, creating bespoke summer experiences for organisations looking to bring their teams together in a relaxed, festival-style environment.
Designed for events from 200 to 3,500 guests, the new summer offering will give businesses access to a substantial outdoor event space combined with the infrastructure and facilities of an established Cambridge hotel.
From company summer parties to full-scale festivals
Rather than offering a fixed summer party package, ROAR will work with clients to create events around their objectives, audience and budget.
Events can range from relaxed company BBQs and family fun days through to fully produced corporate festivals featuring live music, DJs, bars, street food, entertainment, team activities, fairground attractions and immersive event experiences.
ROAR Events Agency can manage the complete event, including concept development, event design, production, staging, sound and lighting, catering and bars, entertainment, activities, marquees and structures, security, transport, logistics and on-site event management.

A new large-scale event option for Cambridge
The partnership provides organisations across Cambridge and the wider region with an additional option for larger employee engagement events at a time when suitable outdoor spaces capable of accommodating significant numbers can be difficult to secure.
The Holiday Inn Cambridge location also offers the benefit of established hotel facilities and accommodation alongside the outdoor event space, opening up opportunities for businesses planning multi-day events, conferences followed by summer celebrations, or events involving guests travelling into Cambridge.
ROAR will offer both fully managed events and bespoke packages, allowing businesses to select the level of support they require.
The 2027 programme will run from May through September, with ROAR now taking enquiries and provisional bookings.
