Phil is based in RSM’s Cambridge office and has over 20 years’ experience in UK and international tax. His expertise includes advising businesses on UK and international tax implications from a corporate and shareholder perspective throughout their growth journey, including early-stage companies through to public listings and exits.
During his career, Phil has worked in industry as a tax and treasury director for an AIM listed company in Silicon Valley, California. As a result of this and his years in the Cambridge ecosystem, a key sector focus is tech and life science companies, especially those expanding into the US.
