The collaboration will see the development of research dialogues, communities of practice and multi-disciplinary networks which will bring together Army, academia and commercial practice and experience.

Over the next two years both organisations will be collating, curating and creating perspectives on leadership which will influence organisational development and strategy in all sectors. The work will also support the Bramall Project, an initiative to explore the reshaping of Army leadership in the 21st Century.

Richard Hill, Head of Knowledge and Learning at The Møller Institute said “The Centre for Amy Leadership is a unique team of theorists and practitioners, focused on excellence in leadership development and committed to the betterment of the whole Army. This collaboration provides a great opportunity for both organisations to build new perspectives and insights together which will inform our understanding of the needs, behaviours and skills of future leaders across all sectors.”

During the next two years, to build the foundations of the collaboration, the organisations will be working together to develop research papers, create forums for public engagement and discussion and publish and disseminate insights developed.

The Centre for Army Leadership and The Møller Institute are currently planning a series of leadership conferences, sharing key findings from the core themes of this collaboration and expanding the conversation for the benefit of broader society.
